Topic: Force "__ENABLE_COMPONENT_LABELS" to be always on.

In my experience, conditional compilation for features turns into a nightmare for potential bugs.
I have not seen any noticeable overhead from component labels, so I'm suggesting we just turn this feature on for good, and remove the option completely.
