OOFEM Training Courses: Terms and Conditions

The official language of all training courses is English.

Registration

Registration and payments for training sessions must be completed no later than two months prior to the course start date.

Confirmation: Upon submission, you will receive an automated email confirming that your reservation request has been received. Please note that this automated email does not constitute a confirmed registration.
Capacity: Course capacity is strictly limited to 25 participants.
Priority: Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

Participant Cancellation: Requests for cancellation must be received in writing no later than one month (20 working days) before the course start date.
No-shows: Failure to attend the course without prior notice will result in a penalty of 100% of the course fee.
Substitutions: Participant substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the commencement of the class. Please notify our team as early as possible to facilitate the transfer.
Course Cancellation: In the event that OOFEM.org finds it necessary to cancel a course, all registered participants will be promptly notified, and a full tuition refund will be issued.
